The following phrases have been known to fall out of my mouth from time to time...
"How in the world does our house get trashed so quick..."
"For two little people, you can make some mess..."
"Is this some kind of joke? You think this is funny?"
In making these comments, I am not expecting anyone to answer or for anything to really change for that matter. I guess just babbling on and on, but after looking at these shots, I realize I need to shut my mouth and enjoy the mess for now. Like others with children have told me, "when you house is clean and quiet, it means your children are gone..." And that is surely not what I would prefer right now.
So in an attempt to role with it a little more, don't judge if you find my house a PURE-T-MESS --- we are just savoring each bite of this time with our babes.
Hadley and Burns get so many of their characteristics so honest---it is as if they literally fell right out of our pockets sometimes. If I would have taken a picture of Bobby after he finished his plate of spaghetti, you would see what I mean...everywhere but on his head.
