Osh Gosh...

We are still are recovering from a mean cold that seems to linger on for a couple weeks. Perhaps the change in temperatures adds to it as it is 60 degrees one day and nearly 80 degrees the next.

As a fan of Fall, I took full advantage of a cooler day last week and spent most of the afternoon outside with Hadley exploring. We have great trails here that run along the water that I take for granted, but something about a cool day with the changing leaves makes me wants to play in the woods. Most of my childhood was spent outside...on our bikes with friends, playing at the pond or claycity, building forts, etc. Our minds would race with imagination as our little bodies tried to keep up with where it was taking us...

Our "adventure" started with a walk to the coffee shop for greatly enjoyed cup of dark roast. We then headed off on bikes to a "little house" that a local builder has on display. We went to the docks and watched people shrimping and found swings by the water to rest on...
Climbing on George's bike for a spin...

and off she goes (sort of).
In the little house.
Look at those little sick eyes...but nothing helps like an orange dream pop! It was so good I could have eaten if off her face...
